They say that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. So let’s do this. Starting tomorrow, I will:
Quit smoking even if it takes me to become a cold turkey
Deactivate Facebook, for now.
Read more books
Listen to new music
Watch movies (please avoid the sappy genres)
Talk less, or maybe never
Work in the office from 2-11pm only
Diet. Sleep on the weekends.
